Randy & Bob's participates in the industry's most comprehensive warranty.
We offer a limited lifetime local
warranty as well as a 5 year limited national
warranty. If you should encounter a
problem with your repair, simply document your concerns and bring your vehicle and list of concerns to
our shop for discussion and resolution. If you relocate more than 50 miles
from your existing home, either call us at
724-282-2933 or contact the CARSTAR warranty
department at 1-800-CARSTAR. With CARSTAR stores in over 350 locations across
United States and Canada, chances are there will be one near you. If not, CARSTAR will find a
convenient, quality, independent store to honor your warranty.

Warranty For Other
Types Of Repairs:
Randy & Bob's also offers a limited local warranty on our marine, motorcycle, RV, and restoration repairs:
Randy & Bob's
hereby solely and exclusively warrants the workmanship performed by this store on
the vehicle listed on the itemized repair order as meeting or exceeding
industry standards under normal use. This warranty
is not transferable, extends to and may be exercised
only by the party owning the vehicle at the time the
repairs were performed, and lasts for as long as
such party continues to own the vehicle. This
warranty is for the specific itemized repair
provided by this store, and covers labor and
materials only. This warranty does not cover parts.
Related parts may be covered by specific warranties
given by the original manufacturers. If the
repair work performed by this store on the vehicle
becomes defective under normal use, this store will,
without charge for the labor and materials, repair
any workmanship which proves to be defective. Such
repair of the defective workmanship will be
performed at this store within a reasonable period
of time after delivery of the vehicle to this store.
The vehicle owner is responsible for payment for any
parts not covered by a separate manufacturer's
warranty.
No other express
warranty is provided or authorized. To the maximum
extent permitted by law, this store disclaims any
implied warranty, including any warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
this store shall not be liable under this express
warranty for loss of use of vehicle, loss of time,
inconvenience, towing, rental or substitute
transportation, lodging, loss of business or any
other incidental or consequential damages. In order
to obtain service under this warranty, bring the
vehicle, the warranty certificate, a copy of the
repair invoice, and a written explanation of your
concern to this store.
Please note the 5 year national CARSTAR warranty does not apply to these types of repairs.
Items NOT Covered Under Our Warranties:
Our warranty covers the specific itemized repair provided by Randy & Bob's, including labor
and materials. The warranty does not include:
- Parts
- Defects resulting from misuse or lack of proper maintenance
- Normal wear, element exposure and extreme environmental damages
- Repair/replacement of tires, batteries, electrical parts, wiper blades, oils, lubricants or mechanical parts
- Alignment after 90 days
- Rust repairs
